Modular kitchens are often used by customer with large-scale needs. All staff are able to walk from one unit to another as doors come together by well installed ramps. Sizes are usually 8 x 40 with all trailers on-wheels for easier relocation. We also have our clear span tent to cover the area.
The advantage of modular buildings being used is the operator is able to retain his or her staff. The other options when it comes to construction is phase construction or food delivery.
